I don't have any recurrent dreams. But my my most memorable one is where an owl tells me to read Ayn Rand.
Upon waking most people remember something of there dream until it fades. Have tried setting alarms at odd hours because I read it helps but I always get nothing. Everyone dreams. I dream. About what? Wish I knew. Bet I have some wild ones.
*Edit. I remember vividly two dreams from my childhood after all these years. One recurring the other of my father dying in a strange way.
Exactly like your username and picture,
my last dream was real vivid but it's hard to convey the images i remember in my head into words so.
i was in a foreign setting meeting many women
i climbed to the top of a lighthouse and found antique drawers full of gold coins, apparantly belonged to my best friends grandfather.
exited the lighthouse found myself in sydney harbor on a pier , somethin blew into the water so i ditched my pack and hopped into get it, i was swept away by a strong current. those i was travelling with hopped in with me and floated across.
then i go blank and all of a sudden i am wingsuiting, literally flying through a mountain with 3 or 4 others. I was looking at my arms and realised how dodgy the actual wingsuit i was using was and thought how the fuck am i going to survive this because it loooked almost home made.
i thought fuck it i can do this and remember the feeling so well it was one of the best dreams i've ever had purely because i was flying. it seemed to last forever and i woke up after succesfully landing.
another recent one i had was inside a big waterpark with heaps of waterslides, but they were all on different platforms and different levels/heights, like the staircase in harry potter they were constantly shifting around and changing heights and shape. different water slides connecting up with others. heaps of different people from my past were there and there was one part where i was chasing down this fuckhead from my high school who i always wanted to fight and it was like a matrix chase scene...
and a fragment from a dream before that, i was going to the local bar and my car got stolen from a carpark while i was inside, i felt dazed and confused and didnt really know what was going on. i walked through the bar the next day collecting bits and pieces of stuff i'd lost the night before. there was heaps of junk and random items lying around but the place seemed to be empty like a nuke had gone off in the town.
goodbye.
I haven't had recurrent dreams, I did when I was younger, I can still remember it.
In the dream there was an old man on the porch of his shack playing guitar or banjo.
Though the dream would last for a while, there wasn't anymore to it that me viewing this person relaxing on his porch playing guitar/banjo.
I had this dream over a long period of time, it's weird- There could be months of time passing, then I'd get the same dream.
But sometimes there would be a small gap of time.
There's also two other dreams from my childhood I remember with great clarity, but they weren't recurrent.
..I can't recall any recent dreams!
If only the DC Mini were real~
You'd be more likely to see the scam was ridiculous, one of those "It made sense in the context" sort of things. Impression is unreliable in a dreamscape.

Lots of great imagery in those dreams.
They are the kind I get when on nicotine patches...
The above quoted piece was the most interesting to me and I wonder if it means you underestimate your abilities in life to accomplish certain things, whether it is happiness or other goals. When you decide to let go of fear ( doubt), and trust your equipment ( abilities) you enjoy it.
A successful landing is no easy feat in a dream. I am impressed.
I was also struck by the fact you tend to have other people in your dreams that come along for the ride? I cant help but be curious. In real life do you avoid people or like having them around?
Also , in ''real'' life do you feel fear?
If you are who I think you are, You don't feel fear so t is interesting you would feel it in your dreams , however fleeting.

It wasn't ridiculous. It was a scam that can be effectively pulled off in real life. I just don't remember the details of it though.
I don't remember any current dreams. I do remember two dreams from when I was a child. One was a snow sledding dream going doing a huge hill and not being able to slow down. The other was of me in a warehouse being chased by some guy then the dream reversed and I was chasing him. When I caught him I had a knife and I was trying to push the knife threw his rib cage and couldn't do it. I remember him still fighting me while I was trying to get the knife through.
by Perfume_ApprenticeOften my dreams are of flower filled fields, iridescent dragonflies and the warm ocean at my feet beckoning a thrilling swim in its warm embrace..
I guess oceans are only ever warm in our dreams
whoameye - I don't remember any current dreams. I do remember two dreams from when I was a child. One was a snow sledding dream going doing a huge hill and not being able to slow down.
Reminds me of another recurring dream of mine and it is having to drive a car from the back seat....
