Certain rules include.

  • Waiting in line.
  • Driving over the speed limit.
  • Drug usage.
  • Responsibility at work (depends on the job honestly).
  • Music choice in public.
  • Listening to what the government thinks. (Want my guns? Give me a million fucking dollars and I'll considerate)
  • ect.

i dont follow any of those you listed. only sometimes, because they make sense at those given times. which is most of the time. which is what everyone do.

and its done, because its common understanding among people, so chaos doesn't thrive, as chaos is destructive and most people dont want that. there are those that like such chaos, but not all the time, its exhausting

It generally benefits me to follow some rules. It even helps when I break them later. I break rules as it suits me and I hate being hassled. 

Plus girl prison here is toxic. rapings<toxic so I don't wanna go.

IMHO, there are a ton of impulsive, accidental, or crime related shootings.

There are a lot of stupid people in the World that make bad decisions.
