It was Whoamyeye, right? He was trying to read "The Mask of Sanity," and then he tripped and slammed his face into the book, which then closed and suffocated him. I guess that wouldn't technically be suicide, but one might be able to argue that he did in fact contribute to his own death.

No boredom will not make you commit suicide. You probably need a healthy dose of bacterial and fungal infection in the brain.

Boredom can be one of the most painful thing our minds can encounter. A lot of people prefer the pain of physical torture rather than the pain of unending boredom. If a person is extremely bored the only thing he'll be thinking about is how bored he is feeling. Which exaggerates the amount of boredom. Boredom can cause a deep excruciating pain which may cause a person to think about ending his life. Man, I'm telling you... boredom is intolerable. Sometimes I think I'd rather die than endure extreme boredom.

Are you thinking about trying out suicidal tendencies? People add the razors and stuff which makes for a nice drama flair to their attention seeking.
