Ooh I found that in one of the older "dead" threads, but I haven't gotten around to reading one of them yet.

Which one would you suggest or which is your favorite?

I keep a reflection journal where I write each night about the big bad sociopaths that ruined my childhood and all the injustices that have been done to me. Then I pet my tiger for awhile, the one that's trapped inside of me. ;)

i don't because it takes times and gives nothing of equal value in return. i can just remember important things

I have a journal were i write important events, thoughts and many other things, i tend to forget things and its useful. Plus writing helps me cope in a way.
