People like Random. Use places like this, to say the things they wish they could say to people in the real world. I would assume that people make fun of him or talk down to him because he is passive and insecure. Random doesn't have the courage to stand up for himself in life. So he uses this forum as a way to escape from reality and be the man he wishes he could be.  

There really is no other logical reason why he would do this. A confident person in real life wouldn't need to go online and talk like this to people.
