I have 2 Suspects...!

I suspect my father and my wife could be sociopaths, or worst. Yet, I can't find a simple way to know if this persond are sociopath or not. For example, is it mandatory the total lack of empathy? Are there levels of sociopathy?

I checked various pages and the funny thing is that I fit with the profile a lot, and I'm not a sociopath, so it's ridiculous...!

There must be a way to know for sure, right? For instance, how do I know if my wife (4 years of marriage and one baby) can actually love me or is just pretending? She is the one I care the most, since I don't talk to my father anymore.

So, at the end they were not sociopaths, they were geniouses... thanks Godd...!
