 Are you for real, Xena??  That room-mate guy was CHANGING HER DIAPER, for fuck's sake!!  Changing a nappy is NOT molestation. I brought up two kids so you can take my word on that. 

If you EVER changed a diaper yourself, you would know that it means you wipe the kid's bottom clean, front & back. That is TOUCHING at an inappropriate place.  Yes, my husband 'touched' my daughter and son there many times too whenever he was changing their nappy.  So did I, even much more often.

So you interrogated your 2-year-old kid about being touched  "down there",  while fully knowing that the only possible answer can be YES.  Yes your room-mate was changing her nappy.  Yes, he was touching her by wiping her bottom.  And you say she was LYING when she said 'yes' to your interrogation. 

I don't even ask WHY you think it's okay to let someone you imagine could molest your kid changing her nappy.

I also mangled a roommate once bc my daughter-- who was only 2 at the time, and not very articulate--said something that sounded like he'd molested her. I cut him up bad, put him in the hospital, severed some of the nerves in his arm. He'll probably never regain full use of it. My daughter told me years later that I'd misunderstood her. He'd put her diaper on wrong and it was hurting her shnoo. (Xena)
