I haven't worn this thing in forever, as you can see by the creases and wrinkles on the outfit. When my family moved from California and I continued training with my father, he changed the dress code to uniform belt and pants, but allowed a t-shirt of choice. We trained outside, so the pants picked up dirt while the top was kept cleaner, used only for tournaments and the few meetups between schools.
I by the official style's standards only made it to green belt from being horrible at forms, but that didn't stop my actual martial training when away from the school. I fight with the kicks of a higher belt while my forms are bad.
