Clearly, he cheated. The rules specifically stated that we're supposed to post pictures that DON'T resemble actual pictures of members that've already been posted.

Well, I admit that the gender of the bloke in the picture is incorrect, but you've always squawked with delight whenever anyone mistakes you for a man anyway, so you shouldn't fault him for that. Everything else is bang-on.
