I think Heaven's Gate is interesting too, but I don't like People's Temple. I think Jim was a boring coward who hid behind the facade of altruism. He hardly had any ideas of his own, it was just Christianity injected with communist ideals, which did appeal to people, but didn't play out well in the end when his followers started to mistrust him and he couldn't even get them commit suicide properly. He had to have a lot of them murdered and then he probably didn't even kill himself, somebody else had to do it for him. How lame.

I remember you said you went through a Satanist phase. What kind of Satanism do you like? Do you know anything about Thelema?
