The problem with that scenario is that your wounds (how they were inflicted in relation to the victim's height and physical strength), the distance between yourself and the victim when you shot him, and the trajectory of the bullet may get the detectives questioning your claim of self-defense.

That is all true. But the truth is in America it dosen't always work out like that.
by Kane SavageTK is right. any detective worth his salt will see right through that. but they are put on more important cases than a single shooting so you might get away with it.
and this isn't csi, if the cops don't have your cum in a jar, your not guilty.
It wasn't meant to be taken seriously. There is some truth in it tho. I was referring to the Trayvon Martin case.
by whoameyeActually the perfect weapon, isn't a weapon at all. It is something us white people like to call. Self Defense. Now this is how it is done:
Grab your pistol of choice and walk around your neighborhood until you find a negro. Then remove your gun and pistol whip yourself on the head a few times. After you have completed the pistol whipping. Then you are free to open fire on the negro. Once he is dead, you will need to call the cops and tell them you were attacked by a crazy negro. and that you felt like your life was in danger. So you shot him out of self defense. Then you are free to go home and take a shower, get you a bag of popcorn, and watch some tv.
You must have whipped yourself on the head many times to become this dumb. But you keep trying, maybe the next negro won't walk away laughing like all the rest. :D
