Sociopath Community

Yeh, not gonna happen, at least right now. How I look isn't really relevant to my questions, and I might be delusional, y'know? Itdoesn't  matter. Part of it is I'm just answering my own questions (to be fair). Another part of it is sociopaths are alleged to be arrogant, so I am wondering if anyone would claim to be anything other than goodlooking.

Also, you didn't answer anything.

I look like Jabba the Hut. Mostly I play World of Warcrack and cut my wrists till I pass out every night. My friends are all figments of my highly diluted and/ or deluded imagination.

I think you're confusing narcissists with sociopaths. 

The sociopath I have had experience with was aware of their own physical shortcomings (he was a bit short) but didn't really care how he was viewed. It was something he just accepted and if he wasn't found attractive then he disagreed. It was very pragmatic in a way. He didn't dwell on the opinions of others but knew he wasn't the sexiest man alive. 

What's the point of grad school if you're going to be lazy and act airheaded? It is contradictory to be lazy yet still attend grad school. I think you're a troll but I felt like answering this anyway.

I enjoy learning and thinking. I'm going to grad school for the enjoyment of learning, and because it gives me an easy lifestyle, it's not a challenging program. The school pays my tuition, and gives me an easy job I can live off of, And there is no such thing as an overqualified wife. This doesn't seem contradictory to me, but then maybe I can't be a sociopath because I like learning but not working?

That's interesting though, about the sociopath you knew, thank you for answering. I have met two men I think we're sociopaths and both were aware of how they looked, but through rose-tinted glasses: one was very good-looking but seemed to think he was godly, the other was average-looking and knew it, but still seemed to think it mattered not--that he could have any girl if he tried. I don't think I'm getting sociopaths an narcissists mixed up. Sociopathis are more charming, less emotional, and self-obsessed, right? I think I've been friends with a narcissist, it was nice because they were too self-focused to notice me.

Working women adore women like you (as long as you're not lobbying to try to force your lifestyle on all of us.) Please. By all means, get married and leave the jobs open for the women who like to work.

I'm good looking and I don't think it makes much difference. I don't get any sex and women don't often act attracted to me (perhaps they're just playing it cool?). I think it's mostly to do with your outward personality. I'm extremely arrogant, a show off and rude and I'm pretty sure it puts a lot of women off me. I also find it very hard to communicate with those less intelligent than me, regularly making people feel stupid or patronized. I also tend to be academically competitive and end up looking like an arrogant swat. A lot of the time I say very little because the surrounding conversation is pretty shit and I don't think this helps either.

With people who are quite a bit older than me (40+), I get on very well, especially so with women. I can talk freely (about things like politics or art, for example) without making them feel like idiots and without looks or sex coming into the equation (like feeling hit on).

If we're talking about getting by in life and succeeding, I do think not looking aesthetically offensive helps a lot.  If you stand out too much in your style or stand out too much negatively with your looks (ahem, if you're ugly), I think you're due a tougher time trying to get anything that involves social interaction done.

I do think this is a troll though. If I had a penny for every air-headed young, female student who appeared here I would have enough for a packet of space raiders.

Right... I should state my question explicitly if I want a straight answer.
