As my insomnia rages, and I'm out of vodka, I have a thought. Do you think M.E. left anything out of her book? Suppose she robs banks in her free time. She's a lawyer so she knows it would be amazingly stupid to talk about that in the book.

Her book mostly detailed her past as opposed to things closer to the present (unless I'm remembering it unclearly), along with stories that elaborate on ideas she's trying to describe. I would not be even a little surprised to hear she left details out unless the details themselves were that crazy.
Anyone who writes a book about being a sociopath or something similar is going to walk a tightrope between saying too little and be accused of being tame, and saying too much and ruining their reputation or facing criminal charges etc.
I thought the book really dragged in places. She tried to present a continuous and sanitized narrative as autobiographies tend to do. I was hoping for at least some juicy stories.
