What hobby calms your mind, what do you do for fun, collect(cards,bones,toys, etc) create(sculpt, paint, draw, and so on)

Shooting 3D targets with my bow. Helps me relax. Even if I am upset.

I went shooting a lot, since it's legal to own a gun in my home country. 

Later, when I moved I did archery, swimming, running. 

When I started going to uni, I wrote and drew more than before. I can't stick to one hobby anyways.

Did you shoot a longbow or a compound ? You should get back into it.

 Did you ever get those nasty welt bruises on the inside of your wrists when you started? My left arm would be purple! The instructor finally corrected me after four lessons.
