Depends on the victim. Motivated forgetting (or forgetting the details of a traumatic event) can work against victims but any detail may be able to trigger their memory if they encountered the rapist again.

Most rapes occur in a situation where the victim is at a sensory loss in order for the rapist to conceal their identity. Just further emphasizes how pathetic it is.

Assuming the person's scarred from the experience, they're more likely to try to avoid accessing the memory entirely. If it's traumatic enough, it may not even be possible immediately beyond bits and pieces. With enough time it'd be a bit of a leap to assume that sort of thing out of their new partner, unless the approach was that crude and obvious. PTSD's an odd one.

I suppose flashbacks could be a risk, but the mind is a fairly unreliable tool of reference.

lol, no. Unless there is something about his cock that makes it appear different from any other average male, then she is very unlikely to recognize it belonging to a specific guy.

Besides, do you really think she's going to be paying that much attention to the look of his dick while he's trying to rape her? lol

If the rapist brandishes it in a way that it can be seen before penetration, that memory could burn onto the person's brain as a traumatic image that keeps recurring in her mind. It'd be difficult to use that for details as a whole, so for identifying the dick itself it'd be sketchy at best, but as for paying attention to it itself... it's not like it's impossible. Could even form a fear of penises entirely from the ordeal.

Can't remember the details but I think it was for Michael Jackson's first trial for child abuse where the cops had a 'penis lineup' shown to the victim. I think he was not able to recognize it. Oh and of course it is believed that the whole thing was a shakedown attempt anyway.

She had already stated that she didn't have a bad experience which led to the fear.

If that were her only irrational fear I would be more inclined to agree with you. I'm sure you've heard her talk of others, as have I, and this is just a cheap shot.

I am contributing by illuminating your humiliating situation. It's not like you'd do anything if I kept commenting here anyway. You're already asking for help on how to rape someone, I don't see you as a threat whatsoever. True sociopaths don't need assistance in this sort of matter. You're just some copycat, like one of those serial murderer wannabe's whose names no one can ever remember.
