I'll agree in saying I was looking for a more specific answer than the one given. This place has it's fair share of grimy threads that could poorly effect the image of this forum, but theres more to it than that.

Yeah, but she's intentionally vague so that socios here have no excuse to not be banned, when they start exploiting loopholes in said rules to ruin it for everyone else. We've got pretty reasonable rules. The only people I've seen banned, for the most part deserved it. One person entered the grey area of impersonation, but still. You have to try hard to get banned.

The following actions could result in a permanent mute.

Acting in any manner that might subject us to unfavorable regulatory action for any reason, or adversely affect our public image, reputation, or good well, as determind by us in our sole and exclusive discretion.

How do you propose to explain the fallacy of logic which led to this thread being still up, and this one being deleted?

The first is the reason you had to find a new server, and reputation damaging in the eyes of most people, and the second is strongly worded personal criticism.

This isn't going to go away. It will keep following you around until people have some clarity.

A compromise option would be to enable posting new topics on the old forum, and then wash your hands of it. I doubt people will start regularly posting there as it's in a godforsaken corner of the wilderness of the internet and doesn't have any cool features like chat. But it's somewhere you could direct people if they start bitching about the way you do things here.

yes, you have to disagree with luna about something, its very hard. takes tons of effort.

and i like the said rules in an unmoderated forum(apparently now it might be moderated, after all the bans, just taking a note).

The only people ive seen banned, for the most part deserved it. They said No to Luna. How horrible.

I've been quite open about my disagreements with her multiple times. You've just not been here long enough to see it. I remember disagreeing that we should have a blocklist, and disagreeing about the terms and conditions of the forum, and disagreeing about changing rules. I don't go out of my way to either agree nor disagree with her nor anyone on here.

It really depends on when you are talking about for if she leaned toward leniency or if it was a matter of being caught in the crossfire.

"banning TC for pointing out the discrepancy between posts shown in the profile and on threads"

Actually the "mute" was over questioning why a topic was deleted where people were giving solid answers.

The topic about differences in post count and posts existing was deleted, but that just resulted with a warning.

you miss them, because they get deleted and muted and banned
