0 = They display little to no traits of the disorder. It is very unlikely they have the disorder
1 = They display a some noticeable traits, but not enough to have the disorder
2 = They display a moderate number of traits. There's a chance they could have the disorder
3 = They display quite a lot of traits. It's highly likely they have the disorder.
