Suicide option: find a tall building, not too tall you want to be able to see and talk to your crowd. Next after finding your building, find some dynamite or other explosives. Now comes the hard part you have to figure out how long it would take you to fall, and set the timer to half of that. Nows the big day, when you're finally ready go to your building strapped and draw acrowd, make it dramatic. Once you feel you have enough people... Jump!.ddon't forget to start this explosives strapped to your chest first. If all is done correctly you'll cover your chosen crowd in a fine red mist and many many chunks, leaving them all mentally scarred for eternity!

 I devoted an entire 20 mins of work time reflecting on this scenario....

You should probably reread your post...

First you need to ask yourself if you want to be a mindless killer that has no fear of the consequences. Or do you want to live your life killing from time to time to feed your urges. There is a big difference between the two. When the time is right for me. I will go on a killing spree until I am shot dead. This is my destiny. 

There are a few things you could do (I'm serious too):

1. You can just kill animals.

2. You can kill from time to time, but just kill those who deserve it, and not anyone you know since it can be traced back to you. But just make sure you are very, very careful as to NOT leave any DNA, be seen, etc. It would be a good idea to stalk your victim(s) beforehand to learn their schedule and plan when and how to kill them. Make sure what you choose to kill with is untraceable, or get rid of it VERY good afterwards so it isn't found. Make sure you have enough time to enjoy it too (You can even rape them before they get killed just so they can suffer before they die). Like I said, though, leave enough time in-between kills so they are less likely to be connected or anything. It's also better to do it alone, so you don't have anyone in your way in case things get fucked up.

3. Cutting yourself might ease the tension a little, not alot probably, but a little. It eases me.

I don't deal with it.. I store up all that hostility and resentment under a paper thin coating of sanity. Maybe a most deserving prick will piss me off enough and I'll let the dam break.

Try something that gives you a natural high like murdering would. i.e. skydiving, bungee jumping, or just plain exercise.  Anything that gives you a thrill
