Why everything here on this forum is offtopic. The lack of rules is what makes this forum worth the time.
And to be honest, alot of people develope ASPD from having BPD mothers, simply due to them no longer giving a fuck, being sick of the whining and crying some do for no apparent reason.
She's already sort of explained why she's discussing it in the other borderline topic she posted.
I think it's good to discuss a variety of disorders. Someone who comes here wondering if they or another is sociopathic might find a more fitting answer instead of seeing only a single disorder discussed. The answer they're looking for could be one that has a similar display to ASPD, but isn't.
It also can make for interesting discussion.
