In a situation where food is scarce and you didn't have anything to eat. Yes I would have no problem eating a human baby or any human for that matter. I would survive when most people would perish. Because they are weak.

Agreed. I think most people would resort to cannibalism if they had to though.

When I was into Satanism, a guy I knew and I used to talk about going to China and stealing a baby off a poor woman, so we could drink it's blood and eat it.

We chose China because we figured there would be far less chance of getting caught over there.
