For me, it would be a place where everyone treats one another the way they want to be treated. A place free of polution and a abundance of renewable resources. Such as fresh water and oxygen. All of the earths soil would be fertile. And a natural order of life and death kept in balance. For mankind to thrive and prosper all men and women would have to share the same appearance and personality. While maintaing a 50/50% balance of men and women at all times.

First of all, there's no way for there to be "other" worlds. This is the only world. Secondly, even if there could be other worlds, the one we are currently living in would be the best out of all the other possible ones. Our world is a literal paradise, and if some random guy's idea of a "perfect world" actually came into being, it would in fact be A LIVING HELL to everyone, including him. I interpreted that sentence differently. The problem is the use of 'they' without specifying if it's referring to 'everyone' or 'one another'.
