So recently I was ejected from the drug program I was in. The official reason was I had "completed the program to my most advantageous point" In private meeting I was told I was being immediately ejected because I was "dis empowering the group members for the goof of my own ego" I was trying hard to get the best out of the program that I could and thought I was doing good until then. In fact, may of the group members later texted or called me saying how upset they were that I had been terminated. When I discussed this with the Clinical Staff, they said it was due to the fact that I was sub-consciously manipulating the other group members at such a level that they didn't even realize it. Was I unjustly terminated or am I such a person that I did this without knowing? So lost in my head that I cannot even try to be something other than who I am? welcome feedback.
