Notice though Wall Street bankers are only as strong as the suckers they can talk into investing, or the suckers they can convince to work for them. 

Every ecosystem needs producers and consumers, predators and prey.  An island full of wolves would die of starvation even if they all kept their sheep skins on. 

If going to be like Wall street, there will be a few people at the top and everyone else under them.

 Yeah I guess the aristocracy in Europe which lasted for basically forever may have been an organization with a lot of sociopaths.

 Yeah, that is why I think it is important to invest directly into well established companies.

I don't believe it would succeed as everyone would be trying to be top dog and would have no qualms about doublecrossing and betraying everybody to get there. It would probably be fun to watch though

If you actually have to think about this question, no wonder you're confused by my gender.  To answer you though, rather simple.... That society would have this moto: "the baddest mother fucker makes all the rules".  Simple really.
