I like histrionic when they're in that flirty mood though. Some can be hot. And it can be fun. Though they tend to be more annoying the ones I've actually known.

Then you get the people who aren't just slow, they're also uncoordinated and easily distracted. You'll be walking towards the supermarket to pick up some milk, and you'll find that your path is constantly being rerouted by any number of (usually overweight) idiots who're staggering across the mall with that dazed look on their faces, utterly captivated by the bright lights of the shop advertisements but unable to make a direct approach to the object of their fascination because their hip flexors won't allow them to walk a path straight and true. You want to scream, "Bro, do you even LIFT?!" but you're aware that you can't expect the irony to be enjoyed by anyone in the vicinity, since you're at the MALL, and the idiots who're in your way probably don't actually leave the mall unless a new fast food joint opens up closer to their home.

Being a good little gossip girl, like a true overdramatic Histrionic. 
Irritations are easy to overcome. Just ignore them.
That is to the point, when they become frustrations.
Large agglomeration traffic would be an example perhaps?
Especially when you're being late to an event that you find important to your self aggrandizement?
I usually wish I had a can of whipped cream and a hammer then.
I'm sure you can imagine what I would do with these.
