assuming i couldn't wish for more wishes "cuz thats boring", id wish for a fully functional base on the moon, and all the world's greatest scientists would come there to do experiments outside the law of the UN.

think of all the scientific progress we could make without ethics commitees breathing down our necks. before long, we would have enough technology to declare ourselves our own nation, and to fund exploration of space, asteroid mining, etc.

only the best of humanity would come to my moon base. the most ambitious and smartest minds. i woudln't even let athletes in.
