I personally think the word "Disorder" or "Disordered" ought to be changed. Many are against being qualified as having something that makes them different simply because of words like it.
I look at disorders more like loud quirks.

Schizophrenia isn't just a quirk though, it's a disorder. Its onset can destroy lives. Once a person with it adapts to the disorder, it does become more like a quirk.
As for Venator, I'm sure there's an underlying issue for the personality disorders. Maybe I'm just reacting to the fact that they seem overdiagnosed. Idk. I'm not seeing anything pathological in of themselves about half the criteria for these disorders. I know I'm oppositional at times, but that's not my intent here. ;-)
