 I'd choose the rake, use it as a weapon, kill the other two on the island and keep everything for myself.

 Very good choice thrill!  The spatula though...it was a swiss army spatula with scissors, screwdriver, dildo, and all the fancy stuff.

Also blanket, for the same reasons. The rest of the tools can be improvised, even the dildo hahaha.

At first I though the same way that Thrill Kill, take the rake kill the others. 

But then I changed my mind because we don't know what's gonna happen so allies could be useful. Plus if for some reason there's no food on the island I'd try to convince the stronger of the two that basically we have to kill and eat the other one to ensure our survival, but if for some reason they tried to double-cross me I'd have my faithful rake to defend myself.

As for erections I don't think feelings have anything to do with sustaining an erection you just have to be horny.
