You clearly have some personal issues with me. I hate to think what's causing so much stress in your life that you feel the need to take it out on me. Maybe you're just pissed because you wasted your life savings on those oh-so-special 1200 thread sheets... God forbid they should get a single crease out of place on them.

 I re-read my original post, and I cannot for the life of me see how I in any way portrayed anything that a healthy mind would consider to be defensive. I have, however, seen instances in which you yourself appear to be hyper vigilant. Hyper vigilance, Thrill, is common amongst abuse victims, but it's supposed to cease when the abuse does. If it doesn't, there's an ongoing problem. Again, you need therapy, and you're not going to find it here.

I have a closet full of expensive sheets. Once you get to a 1200 thread count, you can't go back. But since it interests you so much, I'll tell you what I spent my life savings on: a three month trip around the world and the deposit for a house. I did both last year during my study break, and I still have enough money to not have to work while I'm at medical school.

What'd you spend your dole on this fortnight?
