I'm basing it on my own observations.

It's almost impossible to have a conversation with you without you going off on a tangent about something entirely unrelated (usually whining about your family). When someone chats nicely to you, you start praising them excessively. And I have no doubt that you have very limited cognitive empathy, which means that you lack the ability to read other's emotions, suck at social cues and couldn't manipulate someone if your life depended on it.
