Why not just appear jolly? What's wrong with yourself that you'd feel the need to distance yourself from you?
Being playful with my ego, alter ego, super ego, id, etc...
Appearances can be misleading and that is the point of the joke.
People who take themselves too seriously, definitely need a mental kick to their butt.
I've never bullied anyone, though I have 'straightened out' some bullies.
I've never been bullied, though I have 'straightened out' some victims of bullying.
My diagnoses are what partially define the point at which I stand right now.
I couldn't be the person that I am today without the help of others.
Thus I try to 'help' others in return.
If you expect malice from me, it will be as a form of a tease.
If you expect kindness from me, it will be as a form of a lesson.
Cheers.
But that would be so unacceptable in these surroundings.
After all we have to maintain a mask of sanity in here.
Then again, perhaps an extensively cheesy apparition wouldn't hurt from time to time.
I must say, your constant blinking makes my assembly of beer cans tremble with a deranged sound of Chopin's Waltz in C sharp minor, opus 64, 2nd movement, dedicated to Madame Nathaniel de Rothschild.
I rededicate it to you then my jolly rotten acquaintance.
But humans actually are special. We are the only organisms in the history of the world to develop agriculture and civilization. We disrupt the natural order of nature itself, so in a way we play God. We definitely are animals and that point of view is valid, but dont be such an irrational, cynical fool that you believe we are exactly like other animals. We evolved with superior logic and brain power.
by SystematicWhat's the cause of your ptsd?
My past. I have anger issues. In all honesty though, it changes evertime I see a new therapist.

It's funny how blinded you are by our skill at coniquering our enviroment to survive, that you didn't stop to actually reflect upon what I've said. We were, as a species, losing the battle against nature trying to adapt and survive, as we can see from the genetic bottleneck that occurred at about the same time most other human species were dying out. They too had fire, tools, etc..., but didn't go out of their way like we do to change their enviroment. Once we got a hold of our skill, then we lit this world up with our presence, literally and figuratively.
Not everything I think and is so bad as it seems. To every cynical insight there is still a silver lining. Don't have to get all dramatic about it ;-)
