and the tests can vary with everyone due to the intensity of their bad enviroments they were raised in and what disorders if any coexist

Ok, narcissist... I don't know. I also score high on those tests. I have some traits that are in line with that. But I have known people I have met whom I have discovered are narcissists. They are different than me. Not (quite) as smooth and also more easily offended. They also care what people think about them when I really don't give a f*ck.

Ok, but I was never abused. Things did happen to me in school but not really abuse. But I would perhaps have been diagnosed with ADHD today. I did things that made the teacher throw me out of the classroom again and again. Also that I at a younger age used so much profanity that a teacher asked if something was wrong with me. Later on I did better in school. I also learned to behave myself.

I'm not really sure how important the enviroment is. But you are probably right that there is a connection between ADHD and sociopathy. Not only ADHD though since the same difference in the brain are also present with e.g. borderline.

My theory is that narcissists are "created" by the environment or by themselves (as it basically is a defense mechanism). Sociopaths or at least psychopaths are more or less born that way. Just that the enviroment determines if the person becomes a serial killer (or other kind of criminal) or a more well adjusted person. I have commited crimes but only minor things. My own upbringing was good.

Being an expert on something does not mean you can diagnose over the internet.

These tests are nonsense. Anyone with half a brain can manipulate their answers in order to get the outcome they want. It's not genuine and by looking at these tests taken by "sociopaths" (whether actual or wish they were) we're believing the sociopaths themselves to give actual honest answers. Why would I believe anything anyone says online, least of all someone claiming to be a sociopath?
