I don't know any morons unless you mean the average citizen and they don't idealize sociopaths/psychopaths. They fear us but also have a secret fascination. Maybe that's what you mean.

I have a question. Why do so many people on this forum think sociopaths/psychopaths are awful. Or is it that you think you are being super-cool to make it uncool to say a good word for us/them? If it's the latter, at least there's hope for you. The former would be self-hatred. Can a "real" sociopath/psychopath feel self-hatred? Seems oxymoronic. So maybe the "morons" you speak about are oxymorons.

Question, I think your question should be accompanied by a statement of what you think you are. If you identify as sociopath/psychopath, tell us why you hate yourself so much.

Too many people come here with the intention of seeking revenge or trying to "win" against the sociopath in their lives. It's quicker to just say "you can't, move on" which can seem like idealizing.

I have honestly considered something very similar, especially when this forum has its cycles of shallow posting. If I ever do something like that I would also like to reach out to children of narcissistic parents.

This would depend on the situation of course but ideally I'd encourage limited/no contact with the parents while providing an outlet to those who just want to be heard. Coddling and babying wouldn't be included, the only direction is forward, so I would encourage taking control and self acceptance. (This is for the children of narc parents)
