Hi there i'm Content! This is probably going to sound like a stupid question, but what is an aspie boy? Is that sociopath slang for something?

I Google searched the phrase aspie boy and found out that people with something called aspergers syndrome often call themselves "aspies". I don't understand, is aspergers syndrome a kind of sociopathy? I get the impression that sociopaths are hob nob sorts, socialites and movie stars and the such... I don't mean to be rude, but all these pics of aspies look pretty nerdy to me! is an aspie some kind of nerdy sociopath?

I red internet trolling manuals that said if i create multiple accounts and argue with other intellectually inferior sheep and myself and also support my arguements i will frustrate and confuse the intellectually inferior sheep
