I got fat, I got boring, and i finally got the cops, well thats wat I was told would get rid of my stalking, yelling, stealing, nasty, smiling ex.. and that finally got rid of him, well sort of.... He always promises to BE BACK one day... I have found out hes out of jail, from other stuff, and is back in my area here I live in the country.. I have steeled enough not to be worried too much and have read up alot on psycopaths etc, and out of boredom or contempt Im wondering if you guys think he might come skulking again.... Or do you guys just put your last conquest out of your mind once finished with them???

I'm not sure why your ex bothered to stalk you. If you broke up with him, which it sounds like you did, then he was probably still pissed at you. Though, psychopaths and sociopaths don't usually stay angry very long.
Anger goes as quick as it comes. At least, for me it does. Of course, not every socio/psychopath is the same. If your ex is holding a grudge for some reason, he is very likely to stalk you again.
If the guy really is a sociopath, you'll generally have to wait about twenty-four months before he gets truly bored and wanders off. It's not necessarily enough to keep him at bay by being boring. Alert your family members: if he can't reach you, he'll attempt to do so through them and depending on his personality he might just be charismatic enough to win a few of them over.
Thx for replying.... just a question too if you would answer since you seem a REAL sociopath and thats cool, to talk to one openly about this.. Have you ever loved someone you were with at all ever... have you ever remembered a particular person you were with and have memories of missing them in any way?? If someone puts in sooo much effort to stalk you, is it really all out of contempt and ways to kinda scare you , or is there a strange feeling of well love of some sort involved.... I wonder..
