a lot more children are being emotionally damaged by parental yelling, hitting than that of fucking pedos..

and the worse part is i have seen people try and defend their self saying HITTING A CHILD IS A GOOD THING FOR "DISIPLINE" it makes some people want to shoot those parents in the head (thrill kill could do it)

which is why pedo sex, parent violent, any yelling at kids is all under "child abuse" anyone who does this to a child should be in jail because they are repeating the treatment they had as a kid

i personally hate the yelling because it is a lot more psychologically damaging than some psychical act such as pedos rape or violent people (i'm not excluding them at all) yelling is bad

A pedophile is someone who has an uncontrollable attraction to pre-pubescent children. A child molester is someone who has sex with someone under the age of consent in a certain country.

You could have sex with a 16 year old in one country and doing something completely legal, but go to another country and be locked up for having sex with a 17 year old and be forever on the sex offenders list.

Not all child molesters are pedophiles and vice versa.

Personally, I think 18 is too high for an age of consent. It should be around 15/16.

This is what im talking about, mankind has made this more complicated than it actualy is. We need more common sense injected into our laws.

I personally don't consider 16 a child. I think childhood stops where puberty begins. Then comes adolescence. Once you hit them teenage years, you're pretty much an adult learning to be an adult in an overly complicated world. It's just that we waste the prime of one's life in propaganda centers.

Well, I think a 3 year difference isn't that ahead (from 16 years old). What if she/he has a 19 year old boyfriend/girlfriend? Are they still considered sex offenders? :o
