The plethora of ludicrous avatars here really make me wonder about the people choosing them. 

Also, are north americans by far the ones most preoccupied with their personalities and whether

they are this or that on a spectrum of abnormality vs. normality?

It's hard to not think about things people won't stop talking about or showcase themselves. I was raised around young age pill popper victims of "Big Pharma", and got to watch how they developed overtime. Not sure if the US is the most preoccupied, but I wouldn't doubt it.
