I imagine being skinned alive would be the worst possible way to die, assuming you actually die afterwards.

This guy managed to survive. I'm not sure how long for though.

This is a burns victim, thrill from a Japanese Nuclear Plant but I agree...being skinned would be a terribly way to go.

From a winch, being slowly lowered into a cauldron of starving Piranha Fish or boiling water.

a black hole..

you literally feel your molecules being ripped apart as every nerve molecule by molecule is shreded

any thing to do with suffocation would be the worst way to die in my book. 

i am going to die alone and that is the worst death of all

Actually no-one knows what happens if you go into a black hole, for all we know it's a wormhole to a land of sugar and happiness

AIDS because it's so slow. That injection they used in Ohio to kill a condemned murderer which makes you feel "air hunger" even though you are breathing.
