Psychopathic Personality Inventory  -  read the first post for the questions and where to get the scoring key

The scoring key says "NOTE: Underlined items are reversed in scoring." I don't know what that means. Those scores are subtracted instead of added?

No, it just means the score is reversed. For example: If I marked a statement as a 4 when doing the test, then I have to change it to a 1 when reverse scoring, because 1 is the opposite of 4, or if I marked it as 3 instead, then I have to change it to 2 because 2 is the opposite of 3. It's basically just reversing the numbers.

I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of reverse scoring is. Maybe it just presents a more accurate result.

Basically, reverse scoring is supposed to stop you from "cheating." It encourages you to think about the question before you answer it.

I'm not entirely sure what all of those results mean.

I took the test, but I can't download the "how to interpret your results" page on the device I'm currently using, and I couldn't rapidly find an alternative, reliable source for how to analyze the data, so fuck it. :p
