To answer the question: I would redistribute wealth and bring forth a Matriarchy. There would be no boundaries with sexuality and genders, and many more than just two sexes.

 Matriarchy means ruled by a matriarch, and to be honest, I hate such a system and would bring about its destruction just as fast as a patriarchy. Feel free to be gender and sexuality flexible, but matriarchy?

Remove religion from human consciousness.

You know, that is probably the best idea so far.  God isn't the problem, it's religion.
