This is far too broad and the use of specific graphic images when discussing topics shows that this person has an agenda. Not everyone described is a psychopath or sociopath but rather some form of personality disorder.

Well you can't expect the very people you troll on a constant basis to take you seriously due to one or two well thought out posts.

I don't think you're a primary psychopath. In fact, I don't believe you're a psychopath at all. Your mind is too scattered and irrational. You jump from one topic to the next in the middle of a conversation. Not only that, you have a victim mentality, constantly bringing up your family issues. That is not how a primary psychopath thinks and acts.
