What stresses you out the most? If you do cope, how do you cope with it?
I can't remember the last time I ever felt stressed about anything. I get irritated over things, but I don't think that qualifies as stress.
In any case - how do you cope?
I get stressed when facing a problem I've never faced before, I cope by solving said problem.
Usually when there's a problem, I deal with it directly, unless I think the indirect approach will yield a better result. There's no real need to 'cope' as such because the problem gets dealt with.
Ignorance Punch stuff, throw stuff, yell, look up taking deep breaths, run...... I find that pain felt on the outside heals the pain felt inside
Wilful, Are you saying physical exertion, action, etc helps you feel good at dealing with emotional responses?
I always thought stress coping mechanisms were specific to the individual. What is it that stresses you out, exactly?
