Have you seen "A Serbian Film"?  Apparently, "Human Centipede 2" is supposedly in contention for being depraved and disturbing as any of those films.  I haven't seen it, but if anyone would have good context, it might be you.  Thought you might be interested to know.

I've seen the first Human Centipede movie, which I liked. I haven't seen the second one yet.

I just finished watching 'Pathology'. It was very good.

If you haven't seen it yet, I'd recommend watching it.
