Not very frequently.
The first time, I was in my late 20's. 28, 29? I don't remember my exact age. I met a guy on a BDSM site who wanted me to strangle him briefly. So we met and I did strangle him, but I actually tried to kill him because I lost control. Once I started strangling him, all I could think was KILL.
I have more control these days. I still have to be careful though because I do still have a tendency to act on impulse at times. When you're doing something that could potentially kill someone there's always a risk, but that's what I like about it.
The last time I nearly killed someone was in a more controlled situation. I stuck a plastic bag over their head and then strangled them. That was about a year or so ago.
I've taken them over the edge...

Killing people isn't all it's cracked up to be in your head... and if it's intimiate enough, you'll see those peoples faces your entire life. For some people it's a necessary evil... if you want to be a killer... join the military and get paid and glorified for it. because if you try fucking with people where i live... you might get one or two.. but rest of us would gut you like the rabbit you are...
