Why does it matter so much what I did while my victim was sleeping?

Small details are to storytelling what flavour and texture are to food. By adding small details to your stories, your readers (including yourself) will be given more to imagine.

No, I believe my stories do entertain some posters here. I think they're enjoyable for a specific audience that enjoys violence and sexual sadism, but for most people who aren't into that, they're probably not very good at all.

 I only add details if they're interesting.

You can't be a "writer" if you are a sociopath or psychopath.  Didn't you know that??

You can't write about anything that makes people give a shit, if you can't appeal to their heart.

That is what art is.

Writing stories is not much different from lying to people's faces and toying with their emotions, which all psychopaths and sociopaths are capable of doing.
