psychopaths sometimes get classed as sociopath to avoid being labeled "psychotic" when there is nothing mentally "wrong" with them which psychotics are

 If they didn't think something was wrong with them, they'd not diagnose them. Then again, that's how it is with all the personality disorders. They're normal personalities taken to an extreme, with survival skills gone insane.

That makes no sense. Psychopathy and Psychotic are two completely different things. Psychologists and psychiatrists are fully aware of the differences, so there should be no reason that a psychopath would get labelled psychotic, or vice versa.

it makes sense to intelligent people who know that unintelligent people alike your self will call psychopaths "psycho" when "psycho" refers to psychotic and hang on i'll fix my post^
