the neutral versions of psychopaths and sociopaths are harder to determine 

(a psychopath born into a bad environment+their own genetic psychopathy)

(a sociopath born with idk narcissism or adhd then by seeing their parents murdered at a young age but foster home was a positive environment which helped  them)

which is why these labels are being mixed up a bit and these 2 would require brain scans rather than appearance and behavior judging
