I can totally see that point of view. It is a very powerless feeling to feel victimized, isn't it? 

And this is the refuge for those that need control.

I have a strong desire for power and control, most likely because I did feel powerless as a child. I had no control back then, but now I do and I'm taking full advantage of it.

Power and control is very addictive.

I understand you greatly.
