thoughts? Do any of you experience this? I do. Up until about 2 hours ago, I thought it was infatuation/crush aka the beginning stages of attraction or love. Evidently it's not. From what this article says, it has nothing to do with actual "love", hence the reason I brought it to SW.

I wonder if this is something that happens to most people, they just don't talk about it.  Either that, or we're just obsessive :)  If the feelings are reciprocated, I guess that would be "mania" love, referencing your recent post on types of love.

I love the person I love. I loved the first version, I loved the second version. I would love the real version too if he knew who that was.

You just have to find out who you are and love yourself. I think that is the first step.

I see a psychiatrist for therapy as well as bipolar. One of the first questions she asked is "Do i love myself?" I said yes. To me loving myself means I want to be good to myself whether perfect or not. Everyday is a new day to become better.
