I could spin a story to make all of the things I've done sound terribly fascinating but I'd only sell it as fiction because I enjoy having secrets.

Or perhaps you don't have much of a story to share so anything fascinating you'd say would be fiction?? I mean no offence by that comment, I only say that because you play squirrel here so much, so perhaps you are more comfortable keeping your distance and have limited experience to share.

 If you need to spin things around in your life to sound fascinating, then your life is most likely very boring.

I live in the moment too, but only because I rarely focus beyond the here and now. The past is history and the future's irrelevant.

But... that's not what this thread is about. It's about your life in general and how you've lived it so far. The past is included in that.

Pretty much.  I've never done anything particularly meaningful or brilliant.  A series of anecdotes is only interesting if you know how to tell them.

"Good" and "bad" is a try of explanation from people who need structure and like to sort out the others.

In my opinion there is no need for this difference. I dont consider before I act: is this good or bad? I consider if my decision is good for my life (sometimes I consider, sometimes I only react)

I know people, for example some in my family, they get angry about unknown persons, only reading in a newspaper what they've done. They think, this persons have done bad things.

I cant really understand this reaction. And on the other hand, I can "understand" the reasons from criminals. I think this is the best view for my future. I become a lawyer in some years.

No I meant if I tried to talk about my life as a "fascinating story" to entertain voyeuristic strangers I'd rather sell it as fiction than as a confession.

Like I said before I've never done anything meaningful. Any memoir I write would just be self indulgent "lol my fucked up life" porn and I'd never sign my name to that.

Cube, you know you're more interesting than 99% (edit 100%) of the idiots here and lived more than most. But privacy is key with circling sharks.
