Does anyone  here identify or even recognize the plausibility of being a Hsp as opposed to a sociopath, psychopath, or empath

I know someone who who claims to be Hsp (considering that HSP means Highly Sensitive Person), this person is very sensitive to litteraly ANYTHING.

She has to rationalize almost everything she sees in order to not be affected. An example she gave me was a toilet paper commercialwith kittens in it she saw on TV . She had to rationnalize and tell herself "It's just cats, they are cute but not more".

Is there a good set of criteria to figure this sort of thing? Online just has self-tests with overly general questions like these. Even the wiki seems fairly general, stating symptoms that could apply to other problems as well if not instead.

This is honestly the first I've heard of HSP.
